I first met Jenny and Igor at the Light Room in Lagos a few years ago. They were welcoming, understanding and introduced me to a whole new world of not just yoga, but non-judgemental and accepting. I don’t live in Portugal anymore but will always remember my time spent with them and look forward joining them again one day.
